Phone forensics services involve the extraction, analysis, and preservation of data from mobile devices—typically smartphones—for legal, investigative, or security purposes. These services are used by law enforcement, private investigators, legal teams, businesses, and even individuals in some cases. 

This is the process of retrieving data from a device. Depending on the condition and security of the phone this might involve:

• Logical Extraction: Accessing active data through standard system functions (like backups).

• File System Extraction: Accessing hidden or deleted files. 

•  Physcial Extraction: A bit-by-bit copy of the phone’s storage, which can include deleted or hidden data.
